Medication Prescriptions

Welcome to our electronic prescription service! We provide medication prescriptions directly to your pharmacy for established patients who have had an evaluation within the last year. To ensure accuracy, please notify us by email or phone with your name, date of birth, and pharmacy information. Let us know if your pharmacy fills more than a month supply and we would be happy to prescribe more as needed.  Kindly allow 3 business days for your pharmacy to receive your prescription.

Due to the constant changing contractual relations between insurers, drug companies and pharmacies; if the medication that was prescribed is too expensive or uncovered by medical insurance, then please consult the pharmacy or your insurer to find an alternative that is covered or affordable.  We would be happy to resend a new prescription!

Sometimes, there are no alternatives to certain medications, and this is often overlooked by insurance payors. Patients should be aware that some medications can be obtained from legitimate Canadian Pharmacies at a more reasonable cost. We do not make recommendations about these pharmacies; but we have received feedback from patients regarding this common matter.

We do prescribe DEA scheduled medications only within our field of care.  However, due to the strict regulations surrounding the prescribing of such medications; we require patients to have routine appointment and potential screening with their Providers to receive restricted medications.
